UA-56613006-1

Folk Art Painting of a game called Town Ball. It predates Baseball.  The game is usually played between two villages ending with a large picnic.  I played exhibition games at the Farmer's Museum  in Cooperstown, N.Y.   back in the late 80's.  We played by the 1856 Massachusetts rules.

Painting measures 26 x 20 inches - mixed media on wood.  Signed in the lower left corner and on the back.
